Persoonlijk profiel

Bio

I am a Senior Lecturer and Doctoral Researcher in International Business at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. My academic work spans strategic management, supply chain innovation, and workforce sustainability, with a particular focus on how digital transformation and AI-driven process optimization reshape work systems and employment practices within Dutch industry.

Rooted in the research philosophy of "Critical Realism", I explore the underlying structures, mechanisms, and interactions linking AI adoption and employee sustainability.

My commitment extends beyond research into teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development, where I support students and professionals in navigating complex business environments with curiosity, resilience, and strategic competence. I enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams and industry partners to co-create evidence-based insights that enhance organisational performance and human flourishing.

Always open to connecting with academics, industry experts, and research collaborators who share a passion for technology, people, and sustainable value creation.
