Introduction
The dominance of economic and technological attention in healthcare often clashes with the importance of attention to authentic relationships and well-being. To deliver 'good work' in this dynamic context, healthcare professionals must consciously and critically engage with clashing value-orientations. This abstract presents a case study of two Dutch Universities of Applied Sciences that are transforming the incongruence between their espoused and lived values in their workplaces, which is essential for shaping future-proof healthcare curricula and systems.

Objective
The objective is to share insights on co-creating values-oriented workplaces. This is a crucial step in training healthcare professionals who are aware of their professional and collective identity in order to act authentically within multiple value orientations in contexts.

Methods
This study uses a case-study research approach. Two Universities of Applied Sciences (Fontys and Utrecht) have been using the 'Curriculum Framework for Person-Centred healthcare Practice' (PCCF) as a guide. This framework helps them revise and innovate their curriculum based on a shared evaluation and contextual analysis. The collected stories and experiences of educators, leaders, and students are used to gain insights into the influence of values-oriented workplaces on professional and student authenticity.

Results
The insights show that creating values-oriented workplaces is a process of social innovation that begins with explicitly exploring and articulating shared values. Creative methods such as 'musework' are valuable in unlocking deeper meanings and insights.

Conclusion and Implications for Policy and Practice
This case study illustrates the necessity of approaching educational innovation as a values-oriented process where authentic relationships and well-being are central. The findings can inspire policymakers, educators, and professionals to work with different value-orientations in practice, thereby creating an environment that i supports a process of developing shared values and to bring these into practice.
